Modifies triangle corner shaders to just approximate their coverage with
linear values that ramp to zero at bloat vertices outside the triangle.
For the vertex backend, since corners now have the same fragment shader
as the rest of the triangle, we fold them in with the other steps and
draw triangles in a single pass.
The geometry backend still draws triangles in two passes, as there is
not an apparent performance advantage in combining them.
Updates SampleCCPRGeometry to better visualize this new geometry by
clearing to black and drawing with SkBlendMode::kPlus.

SkAnimatedImage is designed around a specific Android use case, so move
it into the android folders.
Make SkAnimatedImage hold an SkAndroidCodec (instead of an SkCodec).
Expose fCodec so that SkAnimatedImage can animate by using the internal
SkCodec.
Update the sample to use SkAndroidCodec.
Allow webp to decode a scaled down animation. For RestoreBG frames,
adjust the frameRect (which is erased) to account for the scaling. Add
a test to verify that we decode a webp with a RestoreBG frame
successfully. Disable scaling for later frames in other formats (GIF,
for now), since the code for erasing a RestoreBG frame is currently
unaware of the sampling.

SkAnimatedImage is a simple drawable for animating a GIF. Thread-safety
is left up to the client. At most two bitmaps are stored in the
drawable; one for the current frame and one for a frame that may need to
be restored. The backup frame prevents some cases where we would
otherwise have to re-decode from the beginning of the image.
The API lets the client set the time value, and decodes to match that
time.
TODO:
- Callback for when the animation is complete
- Ability to use SkAndroidCodec
- Modify the loop count (or leave that up to client?)
- Better and/or client-specific caching
Other changes:
- Add a sample which animates a GIF
- Reenable SK_CODEC_PRINTF for debug builds and Android

Points cost 8 bytes and indices cost 4. If a point is accessed twice,
it's a wash whether we duplicate it or index. This change eliminates
texel buffers by duplicating points across instance arrays. This
reduces our dependence on extensions as well as getting rid of our
indirect memory access pattern in vertex shaders.
As a result of this change, memory usage by GPU buffers will only be a
fraction larger at worst, and slightly better at best.

Somehow, creating new thread pool each frame is good for measuring FPS, so
that behavior is maintained when fMeasureFPS is true. I'm still doing
experiments with my own schedulers. Once they get more stable, I'll probably
apply their changes to the SkExecutor.

The artifacts previously thought to require msaa can be handled by
(1) converting near-linear quadratics into lines, and (2) ensuring all
quadratic segments are monotonic with respect to the vector of their
closing edge [P2 -> P0].
No. 1 was already in effect.
No. 2 is implemented by this change.
Now we only fall back on soft msaa for the two corner pixels.
This change also does some generic housekeeping in the quadratic

DAA is:
1. Much simpler than AAA.
SkScan_AAAPath.cpp is about 1700 lines.
SkScan_DAAPath.cpp is about 300 lines.
The whole DAA CL is only about 800 lines.
2. Much faster than AAA for complicated paths.
The speedup applies to GL backend (including ccpr)!
Here's the frame time of 'SampleApp --slide Chart' on macbook pro:
AAA-raster: 33ms
DAA-raster: 21ms
AAA-gl: 30ms
DAA-gl: 20ms
AAA-ccpr: 18ms
DAA-ccpr: 12ms
My linux desktop doesn't have SSE3 so the speedup is smaller
(~25% for Chart). I believe that DAA is so fast that I can enable
it for any paths (AAA is not enabled by default for complicated
paths because it is slow; hence our older supersampling scan
converter is used for stroking on Chart for AAA-xxx config.)
3. The SkCoverageDelta is suitable for threaded backend with
out-of-order concurrent scan conversion as commented in the source
code. Maybe we can also just send deltas to GPU.
4. Similar to most analytic path renderers, the quality is on the best
ground-truth level, unless there are intersections within a pixel.
The intersections look good to my eyes although theoretically that
could be arbitrary far from the ground truth (see my AAA slides).
5. For simple paths, such as circle, triangle, rrect, etc., DAA is
slower than AAA. But DAA is faster than our older supersampling
scan converter in most cases. As those simple paths usually don't
constitute the bottleneck of a picture (skp or svg), I strongly
recommend use DAA.
6. DAA also heavily favors blitMask so it may work quite well with
SkRasterPipeline and SkRasterPipelineBlitter.
Finally, please check https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/22420/
which accelerate DAA by specializing blitCoverageDeltas for
SkARGB32_Blitter and SkARGB32_Black_Blitter. It brings a little(<5%)
speedup. But I couldn't figure out how to reduce the duplicate code
so I don't intend to land it.

For those complicated paths, we fall back to supersampling by default as we're likely to be 1.1-1.2x slower and the quality improvement is not visually significant. However, one can use gSkForceAnalyticAA to disable that fallback.

The refactoring breaks off A2B0 tag support into a separate
subclass of SkColorSpace_Base, while keeping the current
(besides CLUT) functionality in a XYZTRC subclass.
ICC profile loading is now aware of this and creates the A2B0
subclass when SkColorSpace::NewICC() is called on a profile
in need of the A2B0 functionality.
The LabPCSDemo GM loads a .icc profile containing a LAB PCS and
then runs a Lab->XYZ conversion on an image using it so we can
display it and test out the A2B0 SkColorSpace functionality,
sans a/b/m-curves, as well as the Lab->XYZ conversion code.

Lessons learned
1. ImageShader (correctly) always compresses (typically via PNG) during serialization. This has the surprise results of
- if the image was marked opaque, but has some non-opaque pixels (i.e. bug in blitter or caller), then compressing may "fix" those pixels, making the deserialized version draw differently. bug filed.
- 565 compressess/decompresses to 8888 (at least on Mac), which draws differently (esp. under some filters). bug filed.
2. BitmapShader did not enforce a copy for mutable bitmaps, but ImageShader does (since it creates an Image). Thus the former would see subsequent changes to the pixels after shader creation, while the latter does not, hence the change to the BlitRow test to avoid this modify-after-create pattern. I sure hope this prev. behavior was a bug/undefined-behavior, since this CL changes that.

Implemented as a different subclass for SkColorShader (which is also private) partly to make the CL clearer/simpler, and partly for flatten/unflatten compatibility. Later I'm sure we could combine these if that proves useful.
Lots of TODOs at the moment, but still valuable to get reviewed.
Note: this ignores the question (for the moment) about how to interpret SkColor in the larger world. That needs to happen, but this CL is more focused on what *else* to do besides handle the old-style input (and old-style pipeline).

With the GPU backend, allow F16 render targets to be created (along with
any other renderable format). We were previously just falling back to 8888.
In SampleApp, if the window configuration is F16, don't render directly
to the primary surface (which is actually sRGB 8888). Intead, make an
off-screen F16 surface, then blit it back to the framebuffer when we're done.
In DM, clamp values outside of [0,1]. These were wrapping, producing very
incorrect images. (Many filters can trigger out-of-range values due to
ringing).

The following are currently unused in Android, Google3, Chromium, and Mozilla:
- SkEvent
- SkTime::GetMSecs
- SK_TIME_FACTOR (also unused in Skia)
- SkAutoTime
I left uses of SkMSec more-or-less intact for SkEvent, SkAnimator, and SkInterpolator. SkInterpolator is used in Chromium, so I did not want to change the API. The views/ and animator/ code is crufty, so it didn't seem worthwhile to refactor it. Instead, I added SkEvent::GetMSecsSinceStartup, which is likely to be adequate for use in SampleApp.
I also left SkMSec where it is used to measure a duration rather than a timestamp. With the exception of SkMovie, which is used in Android, all of the uses appear to measure the execution time of a piece of code, which I would hope does not exceed 2^31 milliseconds.
Added skiatest::Timer to support a common idiom in tests where we want to measure the wallclock time in integer milliseconds. (Not used in tests/PathOpsSkpClipTest.cpp because it redefines things in Test.h.)
Removed tabs in tests/StrokerTest.cpp.
