This is pretty trivial and makes the vs2015 bot compile.

The C++ standard library uses the name "release" for the operation we call "detach".
Rewriting each "detach(" to "release(" brings us a step closer to using standard library types directly (e.g. std::unique_ptr instead of SkAutoTDelete).
This was a fairly blind transformation. There may have been unintentional conversions in here, but it's probably for the best to have everything uniformly say "release".

Adds SkDrawPosTextHCommand ::fromJSON and ::toJSON.
Both SkDrawPosTextCommand and SkDrawPosTextHCommand's
::toJSON write the correct number of positions, preventing reading
uninitialized memory.
The microhttpd build is now done in the build tree as opposed to in a
temporary directory.
The microhttpd build script uses os.path.join so that absolute paths
do not confuse the build. This allows compatibility with the cmake
gyp generator as CMake likes to pass absolute paths.
The microhttpd gyp target is now marked as 'none' since it is not
a 'static_library' target (which directs gyp to compile sources into
a static library). The dependencies to the action are updated to the
minimum required for sane re-building.
The everything gyp target now depends on the skiaserve gyp target.
This means that when using skia_build_server=1, building 'most' will
build skiaserve, but when skia_build_server is not defined the
skiaserve target will still be available if specified manually.
The old json.gyp is removed as it currently does not build anything.
All of the files currently referenced by it as sources no longer exist.

These are all probably just wasting time:
- upright-matrix-{8888,gpu} and remote[_cache] are ignored in Gold
- sp and 2ndpic test very niche areas of SkPicture
that are not under active change
- twice-8888 was never useful... the twice- via was meant for local

These configs are all useful to keep around for local testing, but probably are
not worth the extra runtime or especially burden to have to think about them.
If we should happen to stumble into bugs these configs would have caught,
let's add them back with a note about those bugs to justify their need to run.
I'm not convinced any exist today.

This disables a few tests in DM:
- one BlurLargeImage GM maybe is really broken
- FontMgrAndroidParser uses libexpat, which I've not (yet?) built from source,
so MSAN can't see into it.
This extends some of the MSAN stifling we added around SkImageDecoder_libjpeg to SkCodec, and skips .wbmps, .pngs, and .bmps. We're only seeing issues in colortables for .png and .bmp.
I think I can probably back out disabling Codec and the RAW image decodes...
they should all be covered by the libjpeg stifles.

Bump SK_IMAGE_VERSION to test the images in v2 in GoogleStorage, which
includes the images from v1 plus test images for SkRawCodec.
Only define skia_decodes_raw on platforms that support it, rather than
defining it always and checking additional conditions to determine
whether to support raw. Further, define it and SK_CODEC_DECODES_RAW
for all targets, so we can use the compile flag in other targets.
In DM, exclude the raw extensions if SK_CODEC_DECODES_RAW is not defined.
Blacklist raw extensions on NexusPlayer, which was running out of memory

If an option is passed to --images that is either a non-existent path or
a folder with no images matching the supported types, assume this is
an error and exit, so they can supply a valid path instead.
Share code between DM and nanobench in SkCommonFlags.
nanobench now behaves more like DM - it will check a directory for
images that match the supported extensions.
Only consider image paths ending in RAW suffixes as images if
SK_CODE_DECODES_RAW is defined. This prevents us from seeing failure

O frabjous day!
Chrome has switched on requiring NEON globally at head.
Android has always built with NEON as appropriate for each device.
In practice, this switches our Nexus 5 bots from runtime-detected to
building with NEON globally. It also lines a few columns up and makes
equivalent aliases more obviously the same.
We still have Build bots to test we can build on ARMv7 with no NEON. (We even have Build bots to test building ARMv6.)
(It looks like that buildbot_spec.json just hasn't been updated in a while.)

Remove SkWindow::setColorType, it is used wrong and inconsistently.
The color type is actually property of window backbuffer, used when the
window is painted with software. This is as opposed to a generic window
property that would affect all operation.
Similar to MSAA sample count for window GPU backbuffer, the bitmap
backbuffer color type should be a parameter of "attach" or "create
window" functions, should this property ever be added back.
The apps use the call wrong, setting the type as kRGBA_8888
or kBGRRA_8888 without no apparent rationale. These color types
are incorrect, as the raster surface can not work with these.
Reorganize the SkWindow::resize, since no change in SkWindow backbuffer size does not neccessarily mean that SkView would not need the call.
Do not show the sw backbuffer color type in SampleApp title, as
it does not really provide any information. On small screens,
kBGRA_8888_ColorType fills up the whole title.

SkUtility.h and SkTLogic.h implement a number of type traits now
available through <type_traits> and <utility>. This removes SkUtility.h,
replacing it with <utility>, and moves a number of traits in
SkTLogic.h to use the std:: equivelents. This change only uses C++11
parts of the standard library; SkTLogic.h will continue to provide
C++14 and beyond for now in the skstd namespace.
The changes to SkTLogic.h are being done gradually so that safe changes
may be landed confidently, with more risky changes in the future.

Add extended config specification form that can be used to run different
gpu backend with different APIs.
The configs can be specified with the form:
gpu(api=string,dit=bool,nvpr=bool,samples=int)
This replaces and removes the --gpuAPI flag.
All existing configs should still work.
Adds following documentation:

We think this might be more flexible. It allows, e.g, function-level blacklisting,
and here an easy one-stop-shop blacklist for all of third_party/externals.

Make NVPR a GL context option instead of a GL context.
This may enable NVPR to be run with command buffer
interface.
No functionality change in DM or nanobench. NVPR can
only be run with normal GL APIs.

Replaces "nvpr mode" with "offscreen mode" and a flag to enable/
disable nvpr. Assigns new config names to the various combinations of
flags and begins printing them with the bench results in order to match

Modifies NvprWrappedBenchmark to present its offscreen canvas via
GrContext::copySurface rather than going through the SkCanvas API.

DIVBITS_ITER was shifting bits up into the sign bit, which is a no-no.
This turns numer into a uint32_t to make those defined, and adds a few notes.
x >= 0 is always true for unsigned x, so we needed a few small logic refactors.

This makes this code more naturally exposed in Android and easier
to test in DM and nanobench.

This is the third step in a three part change:
(1) Skia: Add SkBRDAllocator.
(2) Android: Make JavaPixelAllocator and RecyclingClippingPixelAllocator
implement SkBRDAllocator.
(3) Skia: Change SkBitmapRegionDecoder to use SkBRDAllocator and take
advantage of zero allocated memory when possible.

The utility SubsetPath removes parts of a potentially very large path to isolate a minimal test case. SubsetPath is very useful for debugging path ops, but is not path ops specific.
PathOpsBuilderConicTest compares the output of the Path Ops Builder, sequential calls to Simplify, and SkRegions for some number of rotated ovals.
Some tests caused path ops to hang. It was caught adding a loop of curves because the head was not found by the tail. Even though the root cause has been fixed, SkSegment::addCurveTo callers now abort the path op if the same curve was added twice.
The subdivided conic weight was been computed anew. Fortunately, it's a simpler computation that the one it replaces.
Some Simplify() subroutines returned false to signal that the results needed assembling. Change these to abort the current operation instead.
Coincident curve intersection triggered two small bugs; one where no perpendicular could be found for coincident curves, and one where no coincident curves remain after looping.
The SixtyOvals test can be run through multiple processes instead of multiple threads. This strategy allows a 48 core machine to saturate all cores at 100%.
The DEBUG_VISUALIZE_CONICS code in PathOpsConicIntersectionTest acknowleges that it is easier to visualize conics with Skia than with script and html canvas. This test also verifies that path ops subdivision matches geometry chopping.

Iterating through the 903K skps that represent the
imagable 1M top web pages triggers a number of
bugs, some of which are addressed here.
Some web pages trigger intersecting cubic
representations of arc with their conic
counterparts. This exposed a flaw in coincident
detection that caused an infinite loop. The loop
alternatively extended the coincident section and,
determining the that the bounds of the curve pairs
did not overlap, deleted the extension.
Track the number of times the coincident detection
is called, and if it exceeds an empirically found
limit, assume that the curves are coincident and
force it to be so.
The loop count limit can be determined by enabling
DEBUG_T_SECT_LOOP_COUNT and running all tests. The
largest count is reported on completion.
Another class of bugs was caused by concident
detection duplicating nearly identical points that
had been merged earlier. To track these bugs, the
'handle coincidence' code was duplicated as a
const debug variety that reported if one of a
dozen or so irregularities are present; then it is
easier to see when a block of code that fixes one
irregularity regresses another.
Creating the debug const code version exposed some
non-debug code that could be const, and some that
was experimental and could be removed. Set
DEBUG_COINCIDENCE to track coincidence health and
handling.
For running on Chrome, DEBUG_VERIFY checks the
result of pathops against the same operation
using SkRegion to verify that the results are
nearly the same.
When visualizing the pathops work using
tools/pathops_visualizer.htm, set
DEBUG_DUMP_ALIGNMENT to see the curves after
they've been aligned for coincidence.
Other bugs fixed include detecting when a
section of a pair of curves have devolved into
lines and are coincident.

Rather than implementing some sort of "fill" in every
SkCodec subclass for incomplete images, let's make the
parent class handle this situation.
This includes an API change to SkCodec.h
SkCodec::getScanlines() now returns the number of lines it
read successfully, rather than an SkCodec::Result enum.
getScanlines() most often fails on an incomplete input, in
which case it is useful to know how many lines were
successfully decoded - this provides more information than
kIncomplete vs kSuccess. We do lose information when the
API is used improperly, as we are no longer able to return
kInvalidParameter or kScanlineNotStarted.

Does not work for incomplete fFrameIsSubset gifs.

Benefits:
- This mimics other decoding APIs (including the ones SkCodec relies
on, e.g. a png_struct, which can be used to decode an entire image or
one line at a time).
- It allows a client to ask us to do what we can do efficiently - i.e.
start from encoded data and either decode the whole thing or scanlines.
- It removes the duplicate methods which appeared in both SkCodec and
SkScanlineDecoder (some of which, e.g. in SkJpegScanlineDecoder, just
call fCodec->sameMethod()).
- It simplifies moving more checks into the base class (e.g. the
examples in skbug.com/4284).

SkCodec.h/.cpp:
Add methods, enums, and variables which were previously in
SkScanlineDecoder.
Default fCurrScanline to -1, as a sentinel that start has not been
called.
General changes:
Convert SkScanlineDecoders to SkCodecs.
General changes in SkCodec subclasses:
Merge SkScanlineDecoder implementation into SkCodec. Most (all?) owned
an SkCodec, so they now call this-> instead of fCodec->.
SkBmpCodec.h/.cpp:
Replace the unused rowOrder method with an override for
onGetScanlineOrder.
Make getDstRow const, since it is called by onGetY, which is const.
SkCodec_libpng.h/.cpp:
Make SkPngCodec an abstract class, with two subclasses which handle
scanline decoding separately (they share code for decoding the entire
image). Reimplement onReallyHasAlpha so that it can return the most
recent result (e.g. after a scanline decode which only decoded part
of the image) or a better answer (e.g. if the whole image is known to
be opaque).
Compute fNumberPasses early, so we know which subclass to instantiate.
Make SkPngInterlaceScanlineDecoder use the base class' fCurrScanline
rather than a separate variable.
CodexTest.cpp:
Add tests for the state changes in SkCodec (need to call start before
decoding scanlines; calling getPixels means that start will need to
be called again before decoding more scanlines).
Add a test which decodes in stripes, currently only used for an
interlaced PNG.

FontConfig uses offsets for elements instead of pointers, so any value
held by an element goes missing from memory checkers. Previous
suppressions took care of rule copies and adds to elements, but value
lists may be copied as well. When they are, values are copied, including
the content of strings and matricies. Since value lists are effectively
like Fc*Add functions (even calling the same underlying helpers), treat
them as such and suppress any 'leaks' they may cause.

- When --gpu_threading is false (the default), this puts GPU tasks and tests

independently, just like the thread-safe CPU-bound work.

SkStream is a stateful object, so it does not make sense for it to have
multiple owners. Make SkStream inherit directly from SkNoncopyable.
Update methods which previously called SkStream::ref() (e.g.
SkImageDecoder::buildTileIndex() and SkFrontBufferedStream::Create(),
which required the existing owners to call SkStream::unref()) to take
ownership of their SkStream parameters and delete when done (including
on failure).
Switch all SkAutoTUnref<SkStream>s to SkAutoTDelete<SkStream>s. In some
cases this means heap allocating streams that were previously stack
allocated.
Respect ownership rules of SkTypeface::CreateFromStream() and
SkImageDecoder::buildTileIndex().
Update the comments for exceptional methods which do not affect the
ownership of their SkStream parameters (e.g.
SkPicture::CreateFromStream() and SkTypeface::Deserialize()) to be
explicit about ownership.
Remove test_stream_life, which tested that buildTileIndex() behaved
correctly when SkStream was a ref counted object. The test does not
make sense now that it is not.
In SkPDFStream, remove the SkMemoryStream member. Instead of using it,
create a new SkMemoryStream to pass to fDataStream (which is now an
SkAutoTDelete).
Make other pdf rasterizers behave like SkPDFDocumentToBitmap.
SkPDFDocumentToBitmap delete the SkStream, so do the same in the
following pdf rasterizers:
SkPopplerRasterizePDF
SkNativeRasterizePDF
SkNoRasterizePDF
Requires a change to Android, which currently treats SkStreams as ref
counted objects.

Idea:
1. in its mutable recording state, keep a table of drawables on the side, and store an index in the record list.
2. In "immediate-mode" draw, just call the clients drawable directly (need access to our private list to turn the stored index into a proc)
3. when we "snap", we replace the list of drawables with a list of (sub) pictures, and then during playback of the snapped picture, we invoke a private drawable which just calls "drawPicture" on the index'd subpicture.
